Incarnation welcomes four fab new fabricators

After a year of spectacular growth, secondary glazing specialists Incarnation Window Systems have appointed four new fabricators to keep pace with soaring demand.
Brothers James and Jon Savory join the firm from the same well-respected sealed unit manufacturer.
Production supervisor James brings a mastery of logistics, eagle-eyed attention to detail and strong leadership skills to the role. He’ll be charged with training up new fabricators at the firm, working closely with fresh recruits during their first three months.
Jon has 15 years of profile-processing and machine-operating experience under his belt. He’s quickly got to grips with Incarnation’s own CNC set-up, and is already producing outstanding quality work.
Ben Sturgess comes to Incarnation with extensive experience of both uPVC and aluminium fabrication, and a ton of energy – something you’d expect from someone who’s a national-standard middle-distance runner in his spare time. He’s moved straight into the firm’s glazing department, and oversees the flow of glass panels through the factory.
Last but not least, the company has welcomed Scott Fairley – an experienced ex-joiner, whose job it is to ensure the Incarnation team are working to millimetre-perfect accuracy.
Paul Bygrave, Incarnation Director commented: “We had an amazing 2017, and enjoyed huge growth, particularly on the commercial side. That in itself created a need for more staff. But increasingly, my role involves travelling here, there and everywhere, and so it’s vitally important I have a strong team back at base to ensure things continue running smoothly while I’m out on the road.
“It takes a while to get to grips with what goes on at Incarnation – secondary glazing is its own very specialist niche, with its own language. But I’ve been delighted by the Fab Four’s progress so far – they’ve immediately understood the culture here at Incarnation, and the extremely high standards we set ourselves. It’s an extremely exciting time for us – we’re getting better all the time, and I’ve got a feeling 2018 is going to be our most profitable and successful year yet.”
