We went to FIT Show 2025 with a clear focus. We wanted to show how Selecta Systems can help fabricators and installers grow, both through our products and through the latest developments in our Connect customer portal.

The show gave us the right platform to speak directly to a large, engaged audience. Over the three days, we spoke to a strong number of fabricators who were actively looking to move away from their current PVCu systems supplier. The quality of those conversations made the event worthwhile. It was also good to spend time with many of our existing customers and strengthen those relationships.

Our new ADVANCE 70 flush sash window and flush door were a key part of the stand. The feedback was very positive. Both products fit naturally into the existing ADVANCE 70 system, which made it easy for visitors to see how they could be added to their current offering. For fabricators and installers, it’s about giving them more choice and more opportunities to win work.

We also showcased the wider flexibility of our range. That included our upgraded MasterSlide patio door and the Vantage 70 system, which features our quick-fit compression interior trim. This is particularly useful for modular buildings, caravans and garden rooms. These systems attracted interest from businesses looking to expand or diversify their product range.

Alongside the product side, we demonstrated the latest updates to Connect, our 24/7 customer support portal. A major focus was the upgraded Window and Door Designer. Over the past few years, we’ve worked closely with BM Group to develop a fully integrated system that brings lead generation, sales management and fabrication together.

The goal was simple. We wanted to give users full control from the first enquiry through to quoting and order acceptance, all within one system. We’ve achieved that. But we’ve gone further by linking the sales process directly to fabrication. The system can now generate works orders, cutting sheets and glass orders, meaning the entire process runs from initial lead to finished product without needing separate systems.

This puts us in a strong position. We are moving towards being the UK’s first fully cloud-based profile company that can onboard customers instantly using Touch cloud technology. It creates a single setup for lead generation, sales and fabrication, helping to streamline how businesses operate day to day.

There’s also added flexibility for our customers. Fabricators will be able to onboard their own clients and offer a branded version of the Window and Door Designer. That changes how leads are managed and how products are sold and produced.

We see these developments, along with our expanding product range, as key to building long-term partnerships. It shows our ongoing investment in both our customers and the wider industry.

FIT Show 2025 delivered exactly what we needed, and it confirmed the direction we’re heading. That’s why we’ve already secured our place at FIT Show 2027.
