Supplied as a complete, site-specific kit, the system is manufactured off-site and delivered ready for installation. Pre-assembled sections and colour-coded components reduce on-site complexity, helping installers complete projects faster while minimising the risk of errors.

The structure is built using engineered timber ‘I’ beams, providing strong load-bearing capability while keeping the overall system lightweight. This makes it suitable for larger spans, extended soffits and applications where structural efficiency is important.

Designed as a warm roof construction, the system supports a 150mm insulation layer above the beams. This improves energy efficiency, reduces heat loss and supports long-term durability. An insulated lantern kerb is included as standard, allowing straightforward installation of roof lanterns or flat roof lights.

Compatibility is a key benefit. The system integrates with roof glazing products, including lanterns and flat roof lights, or can be used as a standalone flat roof for contemporary extensions. This flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of residential and light commercial projects.

To support compliance, each system is supplied with project-specific structural calculations based on postcode, helping installers meet building control requirements across the UK.
