The S3 Architectural Roof System from Sheerline Bespoke is a modern, single pitch aluminium roof solution developed for extensions, conservatory upgrades and contemporary glazed living spaces.

Built using a fully aluminium, thermally broken structure, the S3 delivers strong insulation performance alongside clean architectural styling. Slim external rafter caps and marine-grade powder-coated aluminium create a low-profile finish that suits modern residential designs.

The system is engineered for both performance and simplicity. With roof projections up to 4500mm without the need for bolsters and widths up to 6500mm unjointed, the S3 allows installers to deliver larger glazed areas with fewer structural constraints. A pitch range of 2.5° to 30° provides flexibility across a wide range of extension styles.

Installation is streamlined through a factory-set roof pitch, reducing on-site adjustments and lowering the risk of fitting errors. The system also uses up to 40% fewer components than traditional single pitch roofs, making assembly faster and more efficient for installers.

Thermal performance is driven by Thermlock® insulated rafters, creating an effective barrier against heat loss while maintaining structural integrity. An integrated aluminium gutter system with internal baffle helps manage water effectively while keeping the external finish clean and consistent.

For ventilation, the S3 can be specified with SheerVent® automated roof vents, allowing controlled airflow without disrupting the overall glass roof design. This supports comfort within the space while maintaining the system’s architectural appearance.

Additional design features such as the triple-lock wall plate improve weather resistance and reduce potential leak points, while deep internal rafters provide both strength and a more substantial internal aesthetic.
