Vanquish recognised by international standard for exceptional service

Following an intensive auditing process, Vanquish Hardware Protection has achieved the has achieved the coveted ISO 9001 certification.
ISO 9001 is recognised internationally as the world’s most widely adopted Quality Management System (QMS) and it demonstrates a company’s ability to deliver high quality services to customers on a consistent basis.
By achieving the accreditation, Vanquish has joined the 1% of elite UK businesses to gain certification, and firmly cemented its position as the global leader in intumescent hardware protection.
Mike Sutcliffe, Vanquish’s Business Development Manager, comments on the achievement: “Over the last 12 months we’ve been implementing new procedures and processes to help us improve as a company and deliver the highest possible customer service for our clients.

Vanquish, specialists in the manufacture of precision Intumescent kits for rebated hardware for use in timber and composite fire door assemblies, has also recently acquired a new third party accreditation scheme through IFC (International Fire Consultants Ltd) for its hardware protection products.
The certification, under the SDP20 Intumescent Seal and Hardware Protection Kits scheme, for its FlexiFire® graphite-based and Fire Protectors phosphate-based intumescent covers initial testing and includes audits to assess the consistency of production, with certified products printed to ensure traceability throughout production.
“When it comes to fire protection, consistency is vital and we have always prided ourselves on that,” added Mike.
“ISO 9001 is another example of how we are dedicated to doing business in the right way and a certificate of this calibre will give our customers the reassurance that we do things to an incredibly high standard.”
