Research confirms Window Ware as the UK’s best hardware supplier

Window Ware, one of the UK’s largest independent hardware distributors has been confirmed as the UK’s best hardware supplier, an independent study has found.
The market research conducted by Insight Data quizzed professionals on their supplier preferences, representing a cross-section of the UK fenestration industry. Respondents were asked a series of questions around which suppliers they use, the most significant factors for choosing a supplier and importantly, who they believe is the best supplier. The survey was undertaken in double-blind conditions where neither researcher nor respondent knew Window Ware commissioned the survey, ensuring a completely unbiased result.
Participants cited factors such as supplier relationship, staff expertise, response times and the quality of the product range as key factors behind choosing a supplier. On the subject of who they believed was the best, the Bedfordshire-firm was the clear winner among the participants, beating many of the leading names within the hardware sector.
