Sash window specialist to be one of the first to trial new innovation

A specialist fabricator and respected brand in the industry will be one of the first to trial a recently launched innovation from hardware manufacturer Caldwell UK.
Based in Olney, Buckinghamshire, Roseview Windows fabricates the Rose Collection of uPVC windows – Charisma Rose, Heritage Rose and the award winning Ultimate Rose window.
The fabricator has been regularly buying in sash window spring balances and restrictors from Caldwell UK for more than 10 years; and will soon be offering Caldwell’s automated products too.
Willie Kerr, Managing Director of Roseview, says quality products and a second to none service are the driving factors behind the long-standing partnership.

Operating from a UK base in Coventry – but with its global headquarters in Rochester, New York – Caldwell is a world leader in the design and manufacture of bespoke hardware and offer a wide range of innovative solutions for the domestic and commercial markets.
The company is also leading the UK market when it comes to automated products and has launched two new automated systems – OmniDrive for casement windows and Ingenuity for sliding sash windows.
The company is looking to partner with fabricators to unlock new opportunities in the lucrative emerging home automation market; and Roseview will be one of the first of Caldwell’s UK customers to offer these products.
