Gavin Balouza joins fast growing fabricator Dekko Windows

Fast growing trade fabricator, Lancashire based Dekko Window Systems, has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of experienced window industry sales professional Gavin Balouza.
Gavin, who has worked in the window industry for over 30 years, will be responsible for promoting Dekko’s wide product range, including the ever popular Residence 9, to trade customers throughout the South West.
Gavin describes his first impressions upon joining: “One of the first things that struck me about Dekko was the incredible professionalism that runs throughout the entire company. Everyone from the office staff to the fabricators, delivery drivers and customer facing staff are all so passionate and committed to delivering great products and service it’s no surprise the company has grown at such a phenomenal rate.
