The Window Outlet supports Caddy Windows in showroom opening

When Bristol based installer Caddy Windows were planning an open day at their new showroom, they knew they could rely on their trade supplier The Window Outlet for support.
The two companies have forged a close relationship over the past two years and have worked together on numerous high-end aluminium projects. So when Caddy said they were planning to invite customers and prospects to their premises, and would be using the occasion to raise money for St Peter’s hospice in Bristol, The Window Outlet was only too happy to donate an elegant AlUK bi-fold and an AlUK aluminium window for the grand opening.
Caddy Windows contracts manager Nick Porter commented: “The showroom is designed to display our extensive product portfolio in the best possible light, so we’re very grateful to Ben and his team for their generous gift. We really want to push our aluminium range, so The Window Outlet’s contribution helped make the showroom launch a resounding success.”
The Window Outlet’s donation was a typical gesture from a fabricator that routinely goes the extra mile for its clients. Managing director Ben Warren explains: “When I started The Window Outlet, I wanted to build a business that puts the customer at the very heart of its operations. For example, we strive to offer shorter lead times than our competitors and a 24-hour quote turnaround, simply because we know our trade customers are often working to very tight deadlines. As for Caddy Windows, they are a fantastic installer and one of our most loyal trade clients – and we were delighted to be able to support them in the opening of their new showroom.”
