Almeda Facilities Management Ltd Profile

Almeda Facilities Management Ltd

Almeda Facilities Management works with commercial landlords and businesses with property responsibility in the South West of England and South Wales to deliver quality facilities maintenance services using an on-going comprehensive ISO 9001 accredited management program with a personal touch.

Almeda supports the operational functions of its customers, giving them a single point of contact for planned and reactive maintenance, faults, repairs and small to medium sized projects.

We offer the following services: Facilities management and consultancy, property management, hard facilities management services, soft facilities management services, training, environmental risk assessment, waste disposal and statutory compliance.

Our vision is simple: To encourage change in such a way that develops and respects the built environment through regeneration, not redevelopment. Almeda aims to conserve natural assets where practically possible and protect our precious environment in the process.

Almeda always strives to go the ‘extra mile’ in delivering ordinary things in an extraordinary way and want to be the first name on people’s lips when any aspect of facilities management support is required.
